What is a sauna master?
In European sauna culture, the sauna master is the person who leads the ritual. They control the heat, the steam, the aromas, and the energy in the room.
It's part performance, part hospitality, part endurance sport. A good sauna master reads the room, builds intensity, and takes you on a journey, whether that's meditative and grounding or high-energy and unforgettable.
Across Europe, this is a respected craft with competitions, training programmes, and dedicated followings.

Kyle is an Aufguss UK national team champion and represented the UK at the 2025 World Championships in Italy. He's trained and performed across Europe, building connections with sauna masters from Germany, Czechia, the Netherlands, and beyond. His sessions blend hypnotic beats with playful energy - memorable, social, and one of a kind.
